Our Agent, Jeron Posten, did an incredible job in helping us every step of the way with our home purchase. He spent time helping us get the necessary documentation over to our lenders, he was very transparent with all information, and he was a joy to work with. We had an issue with our first lender and almost did not close on the house. Jeron and the Popperwell team stepped up to the plate for us, made a phone call, and connected us with a lender who was able to take the loan and close within 2 weeks. I had inherited a property in a small rural community after the death of my parents. I had never dealt with anything like buying or selling a home. Tammy had handled the sale to my parents and they raved about her so I thought 'Who better to sell it again?' I dreaded how long this was going to take. The property is in a VERY small community. I thought it would take MONTHS...Tammy sold it two hours after officially listing it. The poor gal didn't even have enough time to stick a sign in the yard.
