There is not enough space in this box to tell you how we are so thankful that we chose Eric. Not only did we sell our house, we also bought one through him. We are an older couple and we had lots of questions. We were also picky about which house we wanted to buy. That did not stop Eric from being patient, kind, and very helpful. We looked at many houses and found the perfect one. He was with us every step of the way! Our home we sold was an hour from where he lives but he did not hesitate to travel back and forth many times. We've had excellent experiences working with Corey to both purchase and sell homes. He has great communication skills, is incredibly professional and timely, and is all in for his clients. Corey goes above and beyond what you'd expect from a Realtor. When selling a home for us recently, he cleaned up the yard when our landscaper was a no-show and we had to prep the house for a showing. After our most recent home purchase, he helped us contact a trade that was out fixing some issues in the home prior to closing and didn't finish the work properly. Although the home was closed and he had no obligation to contact a company that had only communicated with the seller's agent all along, Corey worked diligently to ensure we were not charged by this company to fix a mess they left behind while working for the seller.
It is evident he values his relationships with his clients and he counts on repeat business and referrals. He's a smart business man and a trustworthy human being. I've never recommended a Realtor before and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than Corey Lott.

Zach was extremely helpful helping my wife and I research homes offline prior to us moving from Virginia to Florida. Once we arrived in Florida to look at homes for a week Zach was available immediately to help us search at our schedule and we actually found one very quickly. We absolutely loved working with Shannon! She’s always very quick with her responses to questions, and very attentive when it comes to moving things along with the process. She’s very incorporated with her clients and makes it a point to always communicate with whoever she needs to in order to get information or push to move things a long smoothly. We met Zach at an open house in April of 23 at an open house in Stonecrest. We were visiting my Aunt and Uncle, and at that time had no intention of moving from Ohio to Florida. After spending a week here we fell in love with the area and began talking about the possibility of moving. Zach stayed in contact with us from that time until April of 2024 when we began to search for a new home. He showed us several wonderful homes, but our home in Ohio had to sell first. We return in August after we had a contract on our Ohio property and after several properties visited, we found what we were looking for! Zach was great every step of the way. He also secured our financing with a great rate. He made the process much easier on us with his hard work. Helping us for over a year to complete the process is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone!!!
