April was able to secure our dream home for us. The market was wild and our previous home had just gone on the market so we were not yet under contract on it, but April worked tirelessly to make sure that our dream home didn’t slip away. She took care of literally everything and made sure that the realtor selling our home in Knoxville was also on top of everything (we were using Weichert relocation for my husband’s new job). She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate business and quick on her toes. We fondly refer to her as the GOAT. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out. She has also helped us find affordable local painters, hvac maintenance techs, and has even let us borrow tools! She truly goes above and beyond even after she’s made the sale!
