It was great working with Tommy through the entire process. We met and discussed house and then followed through with his recommendations and house sold very quickly. I enjoyed the experience Tommy showed. He got everything set up for as the purchaser. The process was quick and easy. He was also present for closing at the Lawyer office. To me, that shows he cares. I have seen many of realtors not show for closings.

We were looking for piece of rural acreage to build a home on, scanning Zillow regularly to see what was available. Tommy was my daughter's agent when she bought her house 7 years ago, so we enlisted Tommy's help in the search for property. Over the course of 18 months, Tommy showed us several properties, but we did not find one that was right for us, until Tommy showed us a property that was for sale but not yet listed. We decided that this was the one, and purchased it. Tommy answered our many questions, and also helped us with contacts in financing, mortgages, and builders. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy or sell a home or land, I highly recommend Tommy Allen!
