We were looking for piece of rural acreage to build a home on, scanning Zillow regularly to see what was available. Tommy was my daughter's agent when she bought her house 7 years ago, so we enlisted Tommy's help in the search for property. Over the course of 18 months, Tommy showed us several properties, but we did not find one that was right for us, until Tommy showed us a property that was for sale but not yet listed. We decided that this was the one, and purchased it. Tommy answered our many questions, and also helped us with contacts in financing, mortgages, and builders. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. If you are looking to buy or sell a home or land, I highly recommend Tommy Allen!
