We first met Nicole 7 months ago when she was the agent showing a home. We instantly felt she had the best interest in of our family in finding the RIGHT home, which wasn't the one she was showing.
Over the course of the next few months she was very flexible to meet us since we relocated over an hour to the area. She was very knowledgeable about the area and finding a good spot for a family with young kids. Multiple showings later we found the home we were meant to be in.

Lisa's partnerships with so many agents in the area helped land this dream home we are now in, just before we were about to make an offer in another location. There were some "hiccups" with the sellers and Lisa got me calmly through each moment with them and the other steps of the transaction to final ownership. Her relationships with those in other areas (lending, title, inspections, etc.) provided confidence in knowing I got the right place at the right price and that it would be "Home" for a good long time.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with our first Realtor. For the first three months (that our house had been listed with another Realtor/ Company) we were frustrated and very disappointed with them. Our home was not marketed well, had terrible photography and we had very few interested buyers. We were finally able to end our contract with the first realtor/company. After searching for a new realtor we found Lisa Zmuda with Next Home Metro Real Estate Services. What an amazing experience! Lisa was so professional and personable. She came to our home with her team of delightful people who professionally staged our home. She also brought an amazing photographer who did an awesome job. Lisa sold our house in just two days! Lisa was so kind and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Please give Lisa a call when looking for a Realtor, you will be so happy. Francine knows her business quite well From the moment we reached out to her she was professional and enthusiastic and positive about listing our home . We followed her lead when it came to prepping our home, and she was spot on . It sold in under two days, significantly over asking We were most grateful for her flexibility when it came to her commission fee. This was the first time we sold a home and she was gracious about our many questions throughout the process We considered using a widely known agency and found them to be inflexible on commission and less than enthusiastic. Francine was an awesome agent! Her wealth of experience provided a knowledge that was very helpful when visiting properties. Listing pros and cons, pointing out things to be concerned about, as well as offering up solutions for things we otherwise would have been worried about really aided in our evaluation of each property. She was a great source of guidance and advice. Francine was super flexible in her schedule for showing homes, and had no limitations to the distances to travel for the places we were interested in. She was extremely responsive, never leaving us to wait long for a reply when contacting her. Her determination and efforts to help us close despite the challenges we encountered and aggressive market we were in were greatly appreciated. Above all, Francine’s friendly and easy-going personality made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun with her as our agent!

She was not aggressive and wasn’t annoyed with the myriad amount of properties we wanted to see and drove literally all over the metro to accommodate our every whim.
She was knowledgeable about every property and was great at pointing out issues we didn’t see.
She was warm, friendly and funny which made this such an awesome adventure!
