Cannot possibly recommend Jason (and his partner in crime, Tiffany) highly enough!! My husband's job brought us to Sacramento at the worst time to buy -- spring of 2021, market was red-hot -- and then moved us out of Sacramento at the worst time to sell -- fall of 2022, the market was completely dead. They managed to get our home AND then sell it despite huge odds in both cases! They even helped us with the purchase of our Texas home....we wish we could take them with us. :) They'll take such great care of you too!

For the majority of people, a real estate transaction is the biggest transaction of their life. The majority of homeowners only transact once or twice in their lifetime and it is so important to work with an agent who is more than just good. The Lewis team generated more offers, and higher offers than I could have imagined for my home, and they sold it very fast. The guidance that Jason and Tiffany offer is impeccable and I never felt uncomfortable asking questions if I needed clarification. I worked with the Lewis team to purchase the home 8 years ago and already knew how savvy they were, so when it was time to sell the house it was obvious who we would list with. This problem solving dynamic duo seems to find a solution for everything and I would never entrust the biggest transactions of my life with anyone else!

Jason's experience as a contractor and local knowledge from growing up in the area were so helpful when doing home tours, even giving us ballpark numbers for repairs and renovations.
