Rod and Melody bought a home and sold a home for us in 2015. The home was shown 3 times and sold within 2 weeks. Rod was very experienced with the home selling process and Melody was great on the electronic side and getting photos together to show the home.

If you want the best realtor experience, professional pictures, virtual tour, amazing drone work, additional advertising across all platforms, and most of all quick sale at top dollar in a flat, even declining market, give Rod a call. After 15 frustrating months on market, we hired Rod and were under contract within 2 weeks for listng price. 45 smooth days later, thanks to Rob's great experience and negotiating skills, the funds hit our account. We met Rod by chance at an Open House when my wife and I were still starting our home buying process. We put down our contact info and didnt think much of it. A couple days later Rod reached out and asked if he could meet up with us to talk about our home buying plans. We met with him and decided that he would be a great realtor for us, what we both really liked is that he didn’t make any assumptions about what we did and didn’t want to hear about. He was willing to be as descriptive or simple when describing different parts of the home buying process. We probably went to see close to 20 houses with him, and were pretty indecisive on if we wanted to sell our keep our current place, and he was patient through the whole thing. In the end we found a great place that our family can grow into, we were able to get it at a great price, and we were able to get our house sold in a pretty tough market! All in all, I would go with Rod and Melody 10/10 when buying or selling a home!

We love Rod and Melody!! We spent the summer looking for a bigger home for our family and though it was a stressful process, they did such a good job making sure it went as smoothly as possible. We ended up both buying a new home and selling our old one, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us. It was very clear that they had our best interest in mind the entire time, and as a result we ended up with a beautiful home that we will be able to enjoy for years to come. We mostly worked with Rod, and he did an amazing job being an advocate for us in negotiating a great price for our new home. We will for sure recommend the Moser’s to everyone we know and continue to use them whenever we need real estate help!
