If there were 6 stars to give, I would rate higher. Danette, has helped my wife and I purchase our first home in Salt Lake City County. She is professional and pays close attention to your requirements. This was a really hard task because as first time home buyers, we didn't know what we wanted or what we could afford in a home. Danette is one of the most honest people my wife and I have ever met. She takes such pride in her work and caring about her clients! You can trust Danette to guide through the home buying process. My wife and I were first time home buyers and relied on her expertise. The area we bought in required urgency once you found the house you wanted. She was willing to drive from Pleasant Grove to Sandy in order to show us our home we ended up purchasing. That night the listing had a price reduction and we wanted to see the property right away. She submitted an offer after 11:00 p.m. and we ended up getting the house we wanted. We don’t just think of Danette as our realtor, but as a friend.

If I could give Danette and Ross 10 stars out of 5, I would. My wife found Danette online and she was incredible. From day 1, she guided us through our first home-buying experience, and quickly too! She took us on tours of new houses every day and helped comfort us when our first few offers weren't accepted - she would always tell us that the home we were supposed be in would come when it was the right time. Well, luckily the right time came soon after. Within a couple weeks, we toured a house and my wife said, "this is the one". Danette walked us through the offer and every single contract thereafter. She made sure we understood every little detail and fought for us until the very end. Without her, we would be doing a number of fixes ourselves to our new home. One thing I loved was that Danette was never pushy. She always explained both the good and the bad of each place and always had our best interest in mind. Also, her follow-up skills are unbeatable!
