I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! I worked with her primarily long distance to sell my ailing dad’s home. She helped me with everything from suggesting home improvements (to get top dollar) to finding a handy man to do the improvements down to straightening up the yard to look presentable for photos. First let me say that purchasing a home is a big step. Life changing moments should be shared and experienced with ones who really care about you and your family. From hello Royetta listen to what was important to us in a home. She then made sure that every home we looked at meet those needs. She never once allowed us to settle or change our minds to any thing less than what we wanted. A new build was out of our reach at least we thought. Royetta made it reachable. She was there every step of the way. Even at closing she was there. We could have never done this without her. We were in our new home in time to celebrate Christmas .
