Angela was the absolute best! Anytime we had a question or wanted to look at a house she was always so accommodating and flexible with schedules. As first time home buyers, we obviously didn’t know what to expect in the whole process and Angela walked us through step by step and provided excellent guidance along the way. There are no words to describe how incredible it was working with Angela. We are both first time homebuyers and she went above and beyond to make sure the experience was nothing but positive. She could tell exactly what we were looking for and listened to all of our requests. We knew we weren’t her only clients at the time, but she made us feel like we had all of her attention. Once we found the home we were serious about, Angela acted quickly and efficiently to make sure that we got it. Her quick communication and attention to detail was something that made the experience seamless but also special. Besides Irene's professionalism, let me first address what I believe is her most important quality: her empathy. The sale of my parent's house took a few unforeseen twists and turns. During the entire time, Irene always made my parents feel at ease without overwhelming them with any anxiety (caused by the sale of the house). I was with Irene at many meetings with my parents and I know that my parents were made comfortable by Irene's step by step explanations and hand holding. Second, her professionalism. Every step of the way, Irene took me by the and and explained all necessary actions to be taken to drive a successful sale of the house. Other realtors might do the same but I always felt that Irene went "above and beyond." BIG TIME recommendation going forward for Irene.
