We worked with Elena, as our real estate agent to find the ideal lake property and we worked with her very closely over many months. She did an outstanding job listening to understand what type of property we were seeking and was in constant touch with us as new properties hit the market. We eventually found a lake lot at a fair market price, on an ideal lake. We were successful because Elena took the extra time to understand what we were seeking and she was in constant communication with us, always providing thoughtful advice. Her knowledge of the local market was excellent. When it came time to negotiate, Elena was an unwavering advocate. Her follow-through was outstanding. I would use Elena again in a heartbeat!
