Margarita helped me with a sale of condo in Jersey City. At the same time as the sale of my own condo, there were 2 other sales of condos very similar to mine, one of them only one floor lower than mine, and another 3 floors higher. All three condos with the same view, layout. Margarita was able to get the highest price for my condo (higher than both the others), which, I believe, is also the highest price of a one-bedroom in the building. As she also represented to buyer given they did not have a broker, when the buyer's lender had some trouble getting the loan to approve, she was able to recommend an alternative lender, who was a lot more efficient, easier to work with and helped the buyers with their needs. She also helped find an attorney for the transaction.
Margarita is kind, patient, honest, responsive and creative. She is all you need in a broker to help someone buy or sell their property. I highly recommend her services to anyone considering to do a real estate transaction. I wish her lots of success!

Amelia is 1 of 1. Truly. I've worked with agents to buy a home, sell my home but when moved to NY to find an apartment, I came across Amelia on Facebook market. She worked tirelessly to find my family a home. When I say tirelessly, working on the weekend, at 10:00 pm at night, going to homes for send me tours, I mean tirelessly. After a few weeks and a couple unanswered applications, we found something. I told her someday I want to be a Real Estate agent and when I do, I want to mimic her work ethic. Thanks again!
