Kenny was an excellent representative of our needs and interests. When he said he was available and flexible to meet our tight schedule, he meant it. He was direct with his communication and worked so well to ensure we found our best home! When going through the closing process we hit bumps with the seller and Kenny really went to bat for us to make sure they followed through with all they agreed to and more.

After much individual searching for homes online, my wife jackie and I met Josephine through a referral from a friend, she showed us few homes in pierce County in Lakewood and tacoma area , After seeing few homes we spent a good deal of time talking about what we were looking for, Josephine intently listened and showed us more homes following week. As a native to the area, Josephine was very familiar to the pierce County area that we were interested in. she showed us around, and pointed to us areas that would be good fits for our needs and wants. she quickly found a home that fit our budget through alot of negotiations. she researched comps, and she made an offer which was eventually accepted, we are grateful for meeting Josephine, shes highly recommended and hope to do more business with her in future .
