Losing a loved one is never easy - no matter how prepared you think you are. Going through their personal items presents a new challenge every day. Parting with their home can seem an impossible task. Cindy DePaola made that task easier for us. When I looked for a realtor, Realtor.com suggested several. I read the bios and chose Cindy. My phone rang and a cheerful voice said "Hi, this is Cindy DePaola". She must have been reading my mind! She was upbeat and enthusiastic without being pushy or aggressive. It took us longer to get the house ready for sale than we anticipated. She was patient and encouraging, never critical or demanding. We had a difficult closing. She was by our side through it all. Miss Jenny helped us as first home buyers and I would recommend her to anyone. Jenny really listened to what we were looking for in a home, and we found it all! She knew all locations we were looking at very well, and had homes ready as soon as we were to look. We had a quick time frame and she worked above expectations to meet that. In the process of moving from another state to North Carolina, I had plenty of concerns. Cindy was extremely helpful, always fully answered my questions and was easily accessible by phone or email.
