We have been fortunate to buy and sell a few properties over the years, with varying success with brokers. That all changed with Trevor. From the very outset, we knew we were in the most capable hands! We were out of state during the entire transaction and he handled all aspects - big and small (including things likely outside of his job description) with ease and assurance. If he didn't have an answer to a complicated aspect to our sale, he assured us he would find out and he did - every time - without fail. His calm guiding presence made our transaction worry free. We worked with Patty 10 years ago when we bought our house. We lived in California at the time and once we found a house on a visit, she helped up navigate the rest from a distance. We just sold that same house and she awesome. She has excellent knowledge of the local market and was able to price it just right. Chris is AWESOME! We worked with her for two years and then some, trying to find our home in between moving and our wedding. Not only was she patient and worked around our hectic schedule, she would continue to check in and make time for showings when we did find a house we wanted!
