We have known Curtis for many years. He sold us our property 25 years ago and has now sold it for us.. Since we have known him, he has found 2 pieces of property for our family and has sold 4 pieces of property for us. He advised us of items that we needed to change and found us talented workers to complete the jobs. He also found us lawn care at a reasonable price and took care of our house after we moved out.. Curtis has worked with us for around the past 5 years to find the perfect house in the perfect location. We've changed locations and counties for the new house a few times. All the while he has been very easy to talk to and never tried to push us into anything that we weren't ready to commit to. When making an offer on houses he explained things to us so that we understood them. He answered anything questions along the way and was very helpful. If we are to ever move again Curtis would definitely be the agent for us. We would refer him to friends and family in a heartbeat. Actually he was referred to us by family.
