It was a hard decision to sell my island home and a harder decision to decide what realtor to give the account to. I have several friends in the business but this decision required several boxes to be checked. Brandi checked all those boxes I desired checked. She is a successful professional in her field, a broker who owns her own franchise, an amazing realtor, familiar with the community my island home is in, had previous sales in the area my home is in, a good friend, and most of all I know she is someone I can trust. Brandi was great! This was our first time dealing with a realtor and she made the whole process extremely easy. Highly recommend! He stayed in regular contact with us and sent us properties that met our wishlist throughout the searching process. When we went under contract and had issues with parts of the process, he continued to keep in constant contact with us and helped us in any way he possibly could.
