From the beginning, Linda listened to the things that I knew I wanted and she made smart assumptions about the things I had not yet considered. This set the tone for everything from that point forward. She remained totally engaged in finding and pursuing the property I was interested in. Every question I had – whether about the property or the process, was answered with patience and knowledge. Her research on property value was very thorough and several levels above the selling agent’s research. Linda’s efforts -- her facts and figures, made negotiations simple and true. Being an out of state buyer brought her extra challenges. She went above and beyond for me several times in making sure my unique set of needs were met.
