Barry and Pam Meyers are an amazing team and went above and beyond in assisting us in finding the right home in Idaho. We were moving from out of state which naturally makes things a bit more challenging. They showed incredible patience as it took much longer to sell our home than we had expected. They responded quickly to every question we had along the way, and there were many. Every person they recommended from title company to the lender worked out perfectly. We recommend Barry and Pam to anyone looking to buy or sell in North Idaho. It was wonderful working with such hard working genuinely wonderful people. They were realtors that became friends.

Sometimes in our buying experience, there is a person who sincerely enjoys his/her job and wants to share that with others. Barry Meyers is such a person. He and his wife, Pam, are able to take the angst out of selling and the apprehension out of buying with sensitivity and close attention to their client's specific needs. Being from another state, Mr. Meyers was very knowledgeable on merging his knowledge of the state he represents as well as the state anyone else may be from, which in turn makes the whole transaction for both parties more enlightened. I'm not sure I even know the depth of protection he was employing on my behalf, but I could trust his his integrity. How refreshing!

We had a wonderful experience working with Kim on purchasing our home in Idaho. My husband wanted to buy a home without using an agent, but I pushed him to use an agent given that you don't know what you don't know when it comes to buying a home. We met Kim by happenstance when she showed us a home we were interested in. She was very professional and knowledgeable and that got my husband to open his eyes to using an agent, and of course we went with Kim. She not only helped us navigate the purchase price on the home we wanted but also helped us get connected with a lender who was also excellent to work with. She was easy to reach and communication was great. She really make the process painless and a pleasure! We highly recommend Kim!

It was a indeed a pleasure working with Barry! He was always available to answer any of our questions. He worked diligently through the entire home buying process for us and was punctual in keeping our needs at the top of the list. There was a chance that we would have lost the opportunity to purchase our home if Barry had not acted quickly in communicating with the seller agent in the late afternoon. I would not hesitate to recommend Barry to any of my friends and/or family.

After dealing with multiple realtors who were much talk and no walk in what seemed like a hopeless housing market, we finally came across Lloyd and Kim and they turned us long-time renters into very happy first time home owners.
(I was personally skeptical after having dealt with so many realtors, not to mention I believe we were connected with L & K through one of the major online real estate sites)
L & K were never pushy and not once wanted to sell us a home that didn’t fit our needs or worse, a home we clearly couldn’t afford.
They were patient with our needs and budget unlike other realtors we came across and not only that, but seriously went to bat for us when it came to negotiating the home they finally helped us find. And they also walked us through the entire home buying process which as first time home buyers, was so huge and helpful!
We give Lloyd & Kim a 10/10 and have recommended them to any friends/coworkers we know who are also looking for property in this crazy market.

Kim helped us buy home in Coeur d' Alene Id. She knows the market here extremely well. She was there every step of the way from negotiations to inspections and repairs. She was right on top of counter offers, addendums and made sure all aspects of the sale were complete and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand! Barry and wife Pam were a great asset in helping us buy a condo in Dover. We are out of state and they kept us abreast of everything that we needed to know in a timely manner and would communicate verbally or via e-mail regularly. They would go to the property to take care of inspections and various things as we were not available to be there. They made us feel very comfortable during the transaction even though we were far from the action.

We got connected with Kim through zillow when requesting to tour places. She was a blessing for us! She worked extremely hard for us and was great with communication. Whenever we were stressed about the process she was able to keep our mind at ease and we never felt like there was a possibility of us not finding a home.
