Britt really exceeded our expectations when it came to selling our house. We were under a time crunch, so because of that we were already very stressed. She did a fantastic job of keeping us calm and focused under pressure. She was very knowledgeable of the market, our neighborhood, and our community. Britt guided us calmly through every single step, task, and offer. She was so patient with us as we had to make a difficult decision between multiple offers that SHE helped to create. In the end, we got WAY more than what we asked for and I know she was the reason for that.

Where to begin with Lisa? Lisa has represented us as both a buyers and sellers agent. First by finding our beautiful farm and barn property in Mullins SC, then again when we sold it. We bought the property sight unseen while selling our home in CA. Lisa drove the 6 hours round trip to do a complete video walk through of the entire property. We couldn't have been more pleased with that home and property. She also assisted with our somewhat inexperienced selling agent in CA. When I say Lisa was with us every step of the way, and beyond, I mean it. Unfortunately, we are having issues with our new home in NC. Our buyer's agent here has not responded to my texts or calls. However, and even though this is not Lisa's "job", she's still trying to help us on this end. She has set the bar incredibly high as both an outstanding realtor and human being. She has the absolute patience of a saint. I cannot recommend Lisa enough. Throughout this all, she has become a dear friend as well. Should we ever decide to move back to SC, Lisa will be the first person we call.

How do I start? Christina went above and beyond what anyone should expect their real-estate agent to do for a client. She sold our home in North Charleston while we were stationed overseas in the United Kingdom. We couldn't be there to help with anything, but she got the job done. This is the second time we've used her (once to purchase, and once to sell) Her communication was constant and clear through the entire process, her attention to detail and knowledge of the area and contractor/handy man connections were unbeatable. If we ever buy or sell a home again in the area we will 100% be using her. She's a rockstar.

Britt was amazing throughout our home search and buying process. We looked at several homes for a long time and she was always available to show us different homes. She did her research on the area and home sales for different locations. We finally found the perfect home for our needs and she helped us through the settlement.
