Beth was incredibly helpful and understanding during the whole process. We were first time homebuyers so we had plenty of questions to keep her busy! But she was always kind and prompt with her responses.

My homebuying experience started with a few questions for Sandra and resulted in her helping me every step of the way! She ALWAYS returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. When traditional financing with my local bank fell thru I was devastated but Sandra was there to recommend another lender who was able to finance my non traditional purchase. I personally know of 2 home sellers in my condo community who lost out on qualified buyers because the agents involved did not have the financing expertise that Sandra has. She pays attention to details and was reassuring and by my side the whole way through. That's what makes a GREAT agent in my book! Thank you, Sandra-I couldn't have done it without you!

My husband & I would absolute recommend Sandra Cribb whether you’re buying or selling. She has an advantage, because she was born & raised in North Myrtle. We met her after I said. a prayer while traveling to this area for the 1st time. 2023. I contacted her through social media while searching for a place to rent for a few nights & she offered to find us a place to stay, but then she picked us up & drove us around for 2 hours in her vehicle to show us the NMB area & offering many recommendations for things to do. What broker does that? She didn’t want us to waste any of our vacation time doing things we wouldn’t enjoy. We had never met her, only texted & spoke on the phone a few times. She is friendly, down to earth, super helpful, & went above & beyond to explain the advantages & disadvantages, before we bought our 1st beachfront condo. We are very thankful God sent her to us & we feel blessed to purchase a vacation getaway/rental through her!

If you want a smooth easy hassle free real estate transaction then Sandra is the agent for you. I had to sell an out of state property due to a death and the whole process couldn’t have been any easier thanks to Sandra. She was very conscientious of my wants and responds quickly to any communication. My only regret is we never got to meet face to face. I highly recommend her for any real estate transactions you may have and she will be my go to agent in the Myrtle Beach area.
I had the distinct pleasure of working with Sandra while purchasing our new home in Conway. I was totally blown away by how extremely helpful Sandra was, and how she went above and beyond!
