I was selling a very unique property, one which it was very hard to even find comps for, and if that wasn't enough I was also looking to buy a new home. Anthony handled both for me. His knowledge of the area where I lived helped me to determine the right price to list my property. He also helped me find a turn key home and was able to negotiate the price I wanted to pay for it. And if this wasn't enough.....both properties closed on the same day. Needless to say....I will, and have recommended Anthony Pigati to my friends.
