I have been in New Home Sales for years. I’ve dealt with thousands of Realtors, both good and not so good. I met Lisa when she brought in a client to me not too long ago. She was one of the best buyer representatives I have ever met. She was not just concerned with her commission, she was concerned with getting the best deal and the best fit for her buyers wants and needs. Lisa was terrific from the first day I met with her to discuss putting my parents house on the market in early summer 2021. My father had just passed away and my mother was confined to the house on oxygen and Lisa said it would be too difficult to list and show the house at that time, concentrate on your family first. I was driving to Port St Lucie from Parkland weekly dealing with my father's financial and medical affairs along with the task of trying to clean out items accumulated over the 25 years they lived in the house. Lisa told me at that time not to worry about selling the house to concentrate on all the affairs for the family, it would be too overwhelming a task for me during this time. She kept me updated on the housing market conditions as I was not familiar with the area during the summer, fall and winter of 2021, stating the housing market was very strong in Port St Lucie and with very low inventory prices are still increasing. Her confidence and analysis of the market helped ease my stress during this time. In early 2022 my mother passed away and about one month later when the time was right I finally had Lisa put the house on the market. Much of the work cleaning out the house had been completed during the 7 months prior. Lisa recommended to me great people to work on items to improve the condition of the house that needed to be addressed for the sale. She and her family also helped with a number of items also. To see your realtor go to such great lengths being "hands on" to get the items addressed told me I had made the right decision having her as my realtor. As it turned out her analysis and confidence of the market finally led to a great sale at a much higher sale price from the summer of 2021. I am truly so thankful and grateful I had Lisa guiding me through this stressful process. She is such an outstanding person, I could not have done this without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate.

Added to her work load was finding our home in Florida as we currently reside in Connectcut. Lisa would take us on virtual tours of each home. Never missing one little detail with each home visit. Sometimes real estate transactions go very smooth, and at the end of the process you are left wondering "was the agent fee really worth it?". This was the case after my first mortgage experience - the seller was motivated, the house was in great shape, the loan pulled through without issues, but I was on the phone 15 times a day handling the little details to make sure everything went smooth. It was first buying experience and I figured it was just how these things go. My second leading experience was absolutely nothing like the first. The house had things to fix, the seller was very difficult to work with and unresponsive, the appraisal didn't hit our loan target, there was a small mountain of things to handle. Lisa, the agent who handled my second buying experience, took the brunt of those conversations and made decisions on my behalf after thoroughly getting to understand my needs as a buyer. We made an offer on a house, I got my financing in order, and then I answered just a few calls to tidy up issues that she needed me to weigh in on. Just like that we were at closing. The process was even smoother than the first despite some of the hurdles, and most importantly I didn't have to micro manage the details. On top of all of that she got me a Tennant to rent our previous property before we even moved out! Some agents just go through the motions, Lisa is not that agent. She is exceptionally well qualified to handle the negotiations for your property, and excellent at spotting opportunities for you to leverage and get more of what you really want out of your house. I cannot reccomend her enough for any prospective client. She was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and got us exactly what we needed on time despite all of the little speed bumps.
