Jessica was an excellent communicator, professional, knowledgeable of the market, problem solver, and always had a plan for solutions. We had a unique large property to sell and she did her homework prior to us putting it on the market. She knew the property from top to bottom and was mindful of closing gates, locking doors and keeping animals safe. She only asked for information pertaining to property once from us and was able to screen and answer buyers questions without having to call me. We highly recommend her!

Jessica listed our home in June of 2022, the market did a steady dive afterwards. Lower listing prices, inflation high mortgage interest rates hit us hard. We had numerous deals falls through due to funding. Jessica persevered despite all the road blocks. Jessica was able to sell our home In February 2023.

Jessica went over and beyond my expectation as a realtor. We were out of state and it was a difficult time in the market, but Jessica did everything she could to make us feel like we could see houses and make informed decisions. She was always quick to respond, provided video tours of houses (sometimes daily), and her personality is so warm and friendly that communication was never difficult or intimidating.
There was no question that she didn't know or research the answer for us. Her knowledge of city and local laws was super helpful, and she was able to inform us not only about the houses we were looking at, but the area that the houses were in.
I would definitely go to Jessica again when looking for a house, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any friends or family!
