Hilary helped my (now) husband purchase his first home that eventually become our first home. She then helped us again as we worked to transition to our next home, which we have now purchased and love. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our proposals and due diligence, and she made herself available on nights and weekends when we had important situations to discuss. Hilary also knows so many other contacts in the business for any other needs (lawyers, inspectors, contractors, plumbers, chimney, etc.). We will absolutely continue to work with Hilary wherever possible!

Brian or Marcella were always available to show a property over a 9 month period and never pushed and were always helpful. When we finally found something that checked all the boxes, Marcella advised on the offer, due diligence and earnest money. We followed her lead and we got the house.
Post sale Marcella provided us with the contact information for trades to address issues we were aware of. The trades have been better than we could have hoped for.

Buying and selling a home is obviously a big deal and a major piece of a person's life and well being. Marcella and Beth were awesome to work with for our house sale and purchase. They were extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and had great suggestions for the successful marketing of our home. They were also very knowledgeable about the new construction process for the home we purchased. Although we had some very tight schedule timelines, they helped us to remain calm and focused and always responded timely to our calls/texts. And Bryan was a godsend with his truck to help us remove items for donation or disposal.

Beth, Brian, and Marcella were absolutely wonderful to work with! They helped us understand the area and the housing market long before we were ready to buy a home -- without any pressure. Then when we found a home we were interested in, they helped us consider other options, inspect and evaluate the house we were most interested in, and masterfully helped us negotiate with the sellers. Beth took into account our personalities and comfort in negotiating and helped us gently advocate for ourselves. Brian was so knowledgable about buildings and taught us so much just walking through houses -- both about what to look for in buying a house and what to keep an eye on while maintaining a house!
