When I decided to begin the process of finding a home in Raleigh, a city I didn�t know well, the thought of needing to find a realtor wasn�t one of excitement, but rather just the opposite. Buying and selling a home is obviously a big deal and a major piece of a person's life and well being. Sometimes, these transactions can be simple and go smoothly, and sometimes they can be complicated and go poorly. Often, there is a lot of stress involved. For us, working with Beth and the NextHome team was a great experience that was more than worthwhile and really helped us through this process. Marcella and Beth were awesome to work with for our house sale and purchase. They were extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and had great suggestions for the successful marketing of our home. They were also very knowledgeable about the new construction process for the home we purchased. Although we had some very tight schedule timelines, they helped us to remain calm and focused and always responded timely to our calls/texts. Then when we found a home we were interested in, they helped us consider other options, inspect and evaluate the house we were most interested in, and masterfully helped us negotiate with the sellers. Beth took into account our personalities and comfort in negotiating and helped us gently advocate for ourselves.
