I Initially met Sal by my Bank NASB who they referred him to me. From the start he did not want me to settle for any house. We ended up with a 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom with a pool and large backyard for a really good price. 6 years later he also help us sell our house for a big profit. I consider him a brother and could not be any happier with him.
He goes above and beyond and has so much experience.
One fact is that when we were looking houses. Sal would always be ready with property info and access to the house and in one occasion another client arrived at the same time and could not access the property and Sal open the property for both parties.

As first time home buyers this was not a small task for us, as every first time home buyer will tell you. Finding the right Realtor is one of the most important things you have to make sure you do, as you will be inheriting a 30 year mortgage. Hiring Sal Torres was one of the best decisions we ever made. With his experience and knowledge he was able to get us a beautiful home and negotiate the best terms. I know it might not apply to everyone but because of his great strategy he was able to get us a great purchase price and get the seller to pay for closing costs which saved us 10K. He was able to do that even in this competitive buyers market. He walked us through the whole process and any concerns or questions we had, he was always there. Even after we closing he is still willing to help us with any questions we have. I know there are many options out there but I highly recommend Sal Torres if you want to find a great home and deal to create great memories with your loved ones.

Our experience with Sal Torres as our real estate agent was very positive. He and his team were knowledgeable, they communicated clearly and promptly when we had questions, they guided us each step of the process, and the sale of our property went as planned. Before we listed the property, it was a rental and Sal was our property manager. We knew of his good business practices going into this sale, so we chose him to be our listing agent.
