Danielle did a fantastic job of helping us sell our house. She was very professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. She priced our home just right so that we got an offer the first day it was on the market. We are seniors so, when she sensed that we were uncomfortable with finding a painter and a cleaning crew, she volunteered to take over the task and we very grateful. Danielle was very helpful to us in making a transition from a house to a smaller apartment in a independent living community. The process can seem complex and overwhelming at times but Danielle provided answers and guidance on such things as preparing house for sale, determining appropriate pricing, deciding whether to list quickly or wait for better market and how to present a house with solar panels installed to potential buyers.
