Bob did such a great job that I don't know where to begin. We looked for almost 3 years and Bob never failed to be encouraging, answering all our questions, on time for every appointment, dispensing suggestions and recommendations when asked for. If we ever decide to move again, or sell any other properties, we won't do it without Bob. He is truly an outstanding person.

I would recommend Bob to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He's been in the business for a long time and knows the ins and outs like the back of his hand. When searching for our new home he was quick to encourage thoughtful and calculated buying and not rushing on things we were unsure about. When asked, he would give his honest opinion about the properties and was never pushy.
Some agents just want the paycheck but Bob wants happy and satisfied clients.

Bob was very thorough - recommended a few appropriate repairs and performed a complete market analyses. The results helped us decide the listing price and best offer for our condo.

Having Bob as my realtor was a great experience. Bob went above and beyond in assisting my wife and I purchase a home in the St. Louis area while living out of town. He made sure that everything was proceeding expeditiously. He was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was able to give some great recommendations that really helped along the way. Bob made sure that we were treated fairly by the sellers and is very communicative between the sellers agent and the title company. Robert did an amazing job selling my house! I cannot say enough about his level of service, professionalism and knowledge. He was always available to answer any questions. Since I was out of state, he took care of a lot for me—and was always so calm and nice throughout the whole transaction. He has a list of people to assist in the sale—stagers, movers, carpet cleaners etc., which was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of work! We received more than we anticipated for the house because of Robert.
