We recently moved to Kamiah ID. The market was/is moving fast and inventory was not listed for very long before it had a full cash offer. Ryan was super responsive and adjusted immediately to the local market, bringing us homes to look at in the evenings and weekends! In addition, Chovid had slowed many of the processes that usually would have only taken days. Ryan was all over theses processes pushing outside agencies to get us closed all the while over communicating with us where we were at in the process! Ryan did a great job as our relator on both sides of the transaction. He scheduled open houses and walk throughs for buyers. Once we got buyers he was very professional, even when the other agent wasn't. Working with Ryan is like working with a friend. I highly recommend using him whether you are buying or selling.
