Marnie has been a friend since we first met as neighbors many years ago. Recently, we now have gotten to know her and Teri in a professional capacity as well. We are very happy with the service Marnie and Teri provided us!

Marnie and Teri helped us find a new home that fit both of our needs (not as easy as it sounds!). We appreciated the things Marnie pointed out in the homes we viewed with her, which helped us streamline what exactly we were looking for. Marnie and Teri were available, flexible, and knowledgeable about each property we looked at, and the market in general. Once we found a house that we wanted to make an offer on, we felt very supported with helping make our offer as strong as possible, and…it worked!

Marnie and Teri were communicative and answered many questions for us throughout the whole buying process. We appreciated their patience, knowledge, and creativity navigating the whole thing. We also appreciated the specific help with paperwork that was confusing at first glance.

Once we had an accepted offer, we then needed help selling our former home. This was a bit of an emotional process for me in particular, for we had lived in a great community for a long time. Again, we appreciated the support in deciding what needed to happen to prepare for playing the seller role. We went with a coming soon status while we closed on our new home. There was never pressure to come to market sooner than we were ready to, and communication was again great to keep us on an understood timeline.

Going through both sides of the buying/selling process felt like a whirlwind. Thank God we had these two ladies to lead us through!
