WE recently had the immense pleasure of working with Megan Harmon in the selling of our mom's home. Megan did a Fantastic job! She went way beyond what we expected and has become a trusted friend along with being our Real Estate Agent. She was very professional, but also very personable and put us at ease knowing that she had our best interest at heart! Megan was the absolute best to work with. We spent a year of looking, went through multiple offers, created contracts and many subsequent contract amendments before we could call our property ours. Through it all Megan was on top of all the details, proactively following up on outstanding questions, keeping us informed on progress and was extremely patient as we looked, and looked, and looked for the right place. Megan is the best realtor I know! And I am a Realtor!! We bought a house here in Maine while still living in NC. We were able to trust Megan with her honest opinion about each house. She would clearly explain why she didn't think a home was a match or why it was!! We did all of this remotely too!

Megan did a great job of helping through every stage of buying a house. She is tenacious and trust worthy.
