Louis was awesome, we worked with him over the summer (2022) to get our condo ready to be placed on the market, which we were able to do. We then were able to sell our condo with his guidance and expertise. He made the whole thing as painless and organized as possible, and always got back to us quickly to answer any questions or concerns that we had. We were then able to find a house and purchase our new home in only a few weeks after the sale of our condo.

Louis had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. He is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts.
