Buying a home is one of the most biggest purchases you'll ever make not to mention how super stressful it is. Tracy is a rock star! Karen was great, when we first called her about the house she walked through and gave us a list of things to fix. When we finished and we listed the house sold within 2 weeks for cash. We got more than we thought we would from the house and Karen was always on the spot with anything we needed. she� always answers her phone right away, and our buyer was actually a drive by. she stopped and called Karen on a whim. Most realtors I have talked to and dealt with wouldn't have answered and would have called back a few hours later or the next day. Karen answered and drove right over to show the home. very very happy.

Karen was the best realtor I could have hoped for. She was incredibly patient (we looked at tons of houses), professional, friendly, and supportive. She always got back to me within minutes of me sending a text or phoning. As a first-time home buyer, I really needed someone who could hold my� hand through every step of the process, and she did that. The thing I loved most about Karen was her honesty. When I asked (but only when I asked), she would tell me straight-up what she thought of a given property, what the issues were that she foresaw (many of which I had never considered), and why it would (or wouldn't) be one she'd pick for herself. I always felt she had my best interest as her top priority. The result: after months of looking, I have the house of my dreams at a great price!

Karen helped us throughout the whole process with a lot of patience, care and attention to detail so that our needs were met in the house we were looking for. She was extremely cordial, polite and extremely helpful beyond the buying of the house. Even with a few hiccups i had with the tittle� agencies and loan officers, she was on point making calls and ensuring everything was fixed specially with my very busy schedule. Highly recommend. I was a forst time buyer. Everytime I would email her, she would responsed right a way. Explain every step to me until I would fully understand. Would show me houses as soon as possible. Would not pressure us if we didn't like a house. Always show us other options. Once I found� the right home and was in the process of closing. She would inform me of any updates. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Does a excellent job.

I moved from Tennessee to Indiana after an separation. I didn't know a person around this area and I wanted to be in between my families in Tennessee and Muncie, Indiana. I picked Sellersburg and surrounding areas. Karen was not an random selection, I have a cousin in Tennessee and she has the same name, this had too be good luck.
I made three trips to Indy and we looked at about 21 homes and she pulled this one up and I loved everything about it. We made a few offers and we finally signed off in late January. Karen helped me with all the utility contacts, trash info, and hoa fees. I've been moving and unpacking ever since and I really wanted other people to know what a great experience I had with Karen Wilson and ReMax.

Karen had worked with us for over two years to assist us in trying to find our forever home, she took the time to show us numerous homes and finally in June of this year we found our home and it took a few months but we closed on our home on Oct 7th. I want to thank her for sticking with us for so� long to help us finally find our "forever home".

Every question we asked Karen answered and if she did not know the answer, she found it and got back to a quickly. We had made an offer on a piece of land that fell through. However, the next morning, had a better and less expensive property to see. We ultimately purchased it� with guidance from Karen all the way through the process. She was fantastic and we could not have done this without her. Great job!!

She was awesome! Never felt left out or clueless. Answered call, texts, emails all the time. I would recommend to any buyer or seller. We were able to get our house for much much less! She is very honest. She won't just sell you a house to sell you a house. She will flat tell you that this� house is not a good house!
