I am a life long resident of Southern Indiana and active in my community. I have raised four girls and have nine wonderful grandchildren. Karen was great, when we first called her about the house she walked through and gave us a list of things to fix. When we finished and we listed the house sold within 2 weeks for cash. We got more than we thought we would from the house and Karen was always on the spot with anything we needed. she� always answers her phone right away, and our buyer was actually a drive by. she stopped and called Karen on a whim. Most realtors I have talked to and dealt with wouldn't have answered and would have called back a few hours later or the next day.
