We recently relocated from Long Island to the Hudson Valley and when I started making calls to find a realtor to help us, it was immediately evident that Donna was the best person to put my trust in to find me the right home and the best home for my family. Working with someone who is far away can be a challenge, but not with Donna. She was there for us from Day 1. She understood how difficult a relocation can be and was determined to make it as seamless as possible. One of the best things about Donna is that she listens!! Communication is so key when you are making such a big commitment. Donna understood who we are as a family, what are needs are, what are dreams are, what are budget was, (and never pushed us out of our comfort zone)! Of course she also knew which was the best home for us, but she let us explore all options and never tired of going back to square one. And guess where we ended up, right where Donna knew we needed to be from the start, but she gave us the opportunity and the time to figure it all out. Knowing we were new to the area, Donna made the effort to show us around and welcome us to the neighborhood. With two little kids, she knew how important staying in a great school district was and reminded us of that when we sometimes thought our money could go farther somewhere else. She gave up her weekend, which was the only time we could come up, and sacrificed time with her family to make my dreams come true for my own. She was available to me whenever I needed to discuss the pros and cons of homes I was on the fence about. She would drive to Carmel back to Cornwall to check out listings for me when we couldn't be there. She would take amazing notes about homes and then download me on everything that was a pro or a potential con. When I started to worry that we wouldn't find the right house in the school district I wanted, it was Donna that would assuage my fears and line up more listings for me to see. It was a hot market and we had to be the first in line and Donna was literally at the forefront for us! Because of her local connections, her savvy, her real estate acumen, and endless encouragement to turn every stone, we bypassed the wrong house and got in on the right one thought it already had an accepted offer. Our offer was ultimately accepted because Donna was guiding us!! Without her, I would not have this beautiful home that hit every single mark on our list. I am eternally grateful to her. She's a beautiful person inside and out and I had so much fun finding my home with her. And when I am ready to move again, she's the ONLY person I will ever call. You would be remiss to not work with her, she's tireless, dedicated and truly one of a kind!! THANK YOU DONNA! WE ARE SO HAPPY!!
