Kate helped my wife and I buy our first house in Orange County. She was a joy to work with, especially with two young children in tow and with my busy schedule (I am a new physician and was working full time in NJ when we were looking for a home), she was always professional, prompt, well informed and very helpful. We were on a tight schedule to buy and move and Kate went to work for us right away! When we had issues during the purchase process she was there to help smooth things over.

We really enjoyed working with Kate and I can't imagine we would have purchased our house on time and under the conditions we needed without her. She was such a great help, if we ever move again we will absolutely use her without a second thought.

Kate represented my wife and I as buyers for the purchase of our first home in Warwick, NY. She was very patient with us and showed us many homes over a period of several months until we found the perfect spot. Two years later Kate helped me find an income producing apartment building to buy as an investment. Since then, she has helped me list and rent the apartments when they become vacant and she has always found new quality tenants quickly. My husband and I had been looking to move to Warwick, NY for over 5 years. When we finally began the search for our future home we were disappointed with our first realtor who always seemed like she had something better to do. We then found Kate and could not have been happier! She took the time to listen to our needs and wants in a home. She is filled with a plethora of information about the area from neighborhoods to schools to local restaurants; there wasnt much she didnt know. Kate also knew appropriate pricing for area homes which allowed us to make sure we weren't over spending. After much patience (we often beought our 2 little boys with us) and time, Kate found us our home. She went above & beyond to make sure we made it to the closing. We couldnt be happier and would not be where we are today if it was for Kate. We highly recommend her!

Well , where to start ?? our 2 year housing search finally ended ( i had a second mortgage that had to come off the books ) . Unperturbed by this news Kate continued to make herself available weekend after weekend for 18 months until we finally closed on our new home end of August . Not once did she complain or cancel even though we did a complete 360 on what we thought we initially wanted . To this day she continues to contact seller on our behalf for any issues or questions that arise . She has become a great friend and is a great ambassador for her profession .

My husband and I purchased a home from Kate in 2014. We had gone through a few realtors before choosing her. She is knowledgeable, experienced and extremely patient. Kate has great knowledge of the area and was able to answer every question we had. After viewing a dozen or more homes that we chose, Kate sent us the listing for what turned out to be our future home. Once we saw it, we knew it was the best choice for us. This was my second purchase using Kate and again it was a bank owned property . I didn’t hire an attorney and Kate was fantastic acting in that capacity returning paperwork etc . Closing was smooth and effortless .
