I was licensed in 97' & I opened RE/MAX IN MOTION in 2004. I have sold over 1000+ homes and have been involved in many more transactions as a broker and mentor.

I search for the fair and ethical way through a transaction, & while with me they are always ethical, they don't always seem fair. You have to know the process. I use my personal background when I help my clients sell and find homes. I am comfortable asking the tough questions.
All successful home purchases negotiations are a series of facts, motivations, and abilities and sometimes an equitable level of compromise is involved. It all must be ethical.
My strengths for my role as the negotiator, I find the facts, I look for motivation, I seek the data, I understand home buying and selling process, the stresses, finding the facts, working out the drama, and logistics. I am also a trained mediator, a middle child, I know to find common ground.
Every home sale is a journey. The direction the sale takes isn't always in the control of any one person for reasons of regulations, banking, & the interaction of all the lives involved.
I do my best to see through to the facts and present them to all parties. I can detail the time lines & the decisions that need to be made and who is to make those decisions.
I guide with my professionalism and my experience, through real life stories, and humor. My clients benefit from the wisdom I have earned, good and bad.
