I have lived on the East Coast, the West Coast and near the Canadian Border. However, over 5 years ago, myself, my wonderful husband and 2 very busy teenagers planted some roots in Ithaca, NY. I have always had a passion for Real Estate and I have been fortunate to experience it in so many places, but Ithaca is like no other! The constant changes that Cornell University, Ithaca College and Cayuga Medical Center offer makes the Real Estate market in Ithaca reach new levels every day. After a busy career in the Day Spa industry for almost 20 years, I decided to join the Team at RE/MAX IN MOTION in 2013. As the Office Manager, I learned so much about so many different types of Real Estate transactions. Michele is a super enthusiastic, knowledgeable person and this is reflected in her job. She responded quickly to all inquiries and always followed up with information as requested. For example, there are windows in the house that needed replacing and she researched both price and vendors for us well before the sale took place. This was not an"easy" transaction and Michele stood by us the entire time, checking in with good humor as well as information as it became available to her. When the house was left filthy by the seller, Michele voluntarily hired cleaners so I would not have to face a mess upon closing. She is a relatable and fun person to work with! My only "criticism" stems from not having conveyances put into our initial offer. I should've pressed for what I wanted, but in the end, let it go due to the difficult nature of the seller. Overall, Michele made this stressful situation much better with her naturally positive disposition. I throughly enjoyed working with Michele.

Michelle helped my partner and I through a house hunting process and a purchase contract saga that lasted nearly a year and a half. During that time she was a tireless advocate for us. I lost track of the amount of homes she showed us and once we found a place to put an offer on, she made a thousand phone calls on our behalf when the deal became complicated.
