I grew up in the New Jersey suburbs in the shadow of NYC metro area. We spent our the summers with my grandparents in Aurora, NY along the shores of Cayuga Lake. It was a great balance for a kid and important to understand the diversity in areas. I attended college in North Carolina, where I got a degree in Business and Marketing.
I have been lucky enough to be able to live and work around the world. I have experienced multiple cultures, different housing styles, local customs, and diversity on six of the seven continents. I have witnessed that are so many ways to make a home.
In 2003, I chose to move the Fingerlakes, buy a house and use my skill set to create a career in Real Estate. I am a full time, Associate Broker. The Fingerlakes area is large and economically diverse. I work with both Buyers & Sellers. I have helped first time home buyers as easily as established lake buyers.
I help buyers all over different counties in the Fingerlakes, providing an overview of the market, helping you see potential and resale value. We will check out as many houses as you need to make a choice. Once chosen, I guide you through smart financing, price negotiations, understanding the home inspection, getting the required testing, and use creative problem solving as we ride the real estate roller coaster that brings you to the closing table.
I also help people sell their property. I've staged homes, physically helped de-cutter /painted/cleaned/plant flowers in homes to get them on market quicker, held creative open houses, helped correctly negotiate multiple offers, I've held hands and wiped tears. I believe in the power of social media. As an award winning photographer, I capture the best photos of your property.
