I have been married to my husband Jeff for 33 years. Jeff and I have lived in the area for 28 years. I enjoy cooking, entertaining, reading and spending time with our 3 grown sons. I am also an active board member of the Tburg takes on Pediatric Cancer Foundation serving as secretary as well as working with other members to plan the annual Gala, Easter Egg Hunt, Family Fall Festival and reviewing the many letters for assistance from family with children with pediatric cancer.
I am passionate about this career and look forward to working with many new clients and helping them find their dream home, starter home or retirement home and helping them thru the buying and sales process that can seem overwhelming...but not when I am there to guide you through every step! We are a young family trying to make sure our children are set for college and beyond in regards to inheritance as well as adding to our own retirement investments. Considering this, we decided to make the leap and purchase a second rental property. Karen made it so simple and fun, her positive attitude and good nature took our minds off of the stressful parts of purchasing a rental property.
