Dan is a Indiana University graduate with a degree in Communications & Business. Prior to
real estate he worked in the corporate world which helped reinforce his customer service
and negotiating skills. 12 years ago, he started "flipping" properties & turned many bad
houses into great homes, so his construction experience helps our clients! Over the past
seven years as a full time RE/MAX Realtor/Broker, his focus has been helping buyers find
the right home for the best price and working with sellers to get the most for their homes.
He is a Residential Expert Specialist and Certified Distressed Property Expert. In addition to
existing home sales, Dan and the team have negotiated over 40 new construction deals for
clients with various area builders for those wanting to build a home. Dan served our country
in the Air Force and has helped several veterans find a home.
Sarah joined the RE/MAX team over six years ago as an assistant & after working with so
many great people decided to get her real estate license in order to be more active in the
real estate business as a Realtor/Broker. Sarah is a graduate of the University of
Indianapolis with degrees in Psychology & Organizational Leadership. Prior to becoming a
Realtor, she worked several years in the medical field with dialysis patients, as well as a not
for profit organization where she worked with the developmentally disabled. Thanks to her
background she understands the requirements of special needs families. Sarah knows the
real estate market & is a great negotiator working for you.

Mr. Mervar was just fantastic. He was patient with me as a first time buyer. He asked me what I was looking for in a property and would make recommendations. There was never any pressure to look at properties that were maybe higher priced than what I was budgeting for. He was even helpful with pointing out areas that may require work and roughly what it would cost to fix. Dan is amazing! We were first time homebuyers and not the easiest! We were indecisive, nervous, excited, scared, had millions of questions, and Dan was there to answer everyone one them, help to calm our nerves, and really just a blessing! He showed us a few homes in 2015 and we decided we weren't quite ready. The following year we meet him at his office and he showed us some in our price range and we decided we needed a little more time to save.
