I would like to start with Todd is amazing. My fiance and I were first time home buyers and had literally no idea what we were doing. Todd sat down with us to help answer any questions we had, narrow down some ideas, and come up with a plan. There was a constant flow of communication which we really appreciated. Turns out we are very picky home buyers, which is a good thing as Todd was able to find houses that matched exactly what we were looking for. From all of our questions, visiting potential purchases, and finally finding our new home (which we love), Todd made everything easy, comfortable, and made us feel like he valued our time and individual needs.
