I am grateful to have had Larry as a realtor. He helped me navigate through the real estate market during a seller's market and I came out of it well off.
Larry has an impeccable patience; I was not rush to get anything I didn't want, and when I was hesitant he made sure that I didn't make any rash choices. He figured out everything I was looking for and worked hard to get it for me though it was not easy. He was always available; just a call away to answer any calls or schedule a visit, no matter the day or time or weather.

Larry was highly recommended to us by our Mortage Broker. We were actually upsizing and and Larry understood and appreciated our thinking. Larry helped us fill out our profile and we would get emails highlighting those homes that matched. One night, Larry called to make sure we saw the latest email. We had viewed and passed over this one house in particular. Larry reminded us that this house met all our requirements and we should absolutely walk through this house. "What do you have to lose?" is what he said to us. So the appointment was made, and Larry was absolutely right. The house that Larry insisted that we view was the house of our dreams. We couldn't see it in the online pictures, but driving down the street, walking through the main floor and then the patio floor below, all the closets, the attention to details, we were sold on this house in the first minute. Larry provided the emotional support we needed as we made our way through the mortgage and the Bank's appraisal. He accompanied us through the Closing and helped us understand all the steps needed regarding utilities. He was the Rock that we needed throughout the entire process.

Larry has been an invaluable aid to my wife and I as we have tried to grow our real estate holdings in Syracuse. His weekly listings of houses that match our liking and his willingness to share his knowledge of the market has afforded us to make sound judgments on what to buy and more importantly what to pass on has allowed us to purchase rental units that will help fund our retirement. Larry was truely a wonderful realtor to work with. He was patient, kind, punctual, and very professional. We didn't find the perfect house for our family right away but after a few months and many many walk through, my wife, daughter and I are happily living in our new home. After our lengthy home search Larry feels more like a friend than a realtor.
