As a successful Realtor for the past 11 years, Karen Gosnell has helped hundreds of clients realize their real estate dreams. She has ranked among the top three Realtors in Clinton County in residential sales for the past six years. In 2017, she was ranked #1 in Clinton County for Residential Sales. Karen has many repeat clients and has built a successful referral business.
Karen resides in Peru with her husband, David. They have three grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. She and her husband are avid baseball fans and love to travel. They have visited 15 Major League Baseball Stadiums. Their ultimate goal is to attend games at all 30 stadiums across the country.
Her previous accomplishments and experience include Marketing Director at Plattsburgh Airbase Redevelopment Corp (PARC) and working as a human resource manage in the Biotech and Manufacturing Industries.
Over the years, Karen has been actively involved in her community as a Board Member for the North Country Ballet Ensemble and the former Chairperson for the Fire & Ice Fundraiser. She is currently a Board Member for the North Country Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Presently, she is an active member of the Clinton County Board of Realtors (CCBR) and has recently been elected to the position of Board Director. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is currently serving on the Education Committee.
