I had a couple of realtors come to see my place and talk to me about selling my house. I wanted to be happy about choosing a realtor but it wasn’t working out. I was at the point where I was going to take a loss and sell it outright for cash. Then my daughter recommended Julie. Wow! It was all uphill from then on. It took a couple of days to get it on the market and 5 days to sell it. I was going to sell it for cash for $80,000 and Julie got me double that price. Julie recommended a lawyer who was just as efficient as she was. Julie was upfront with all the costs and that’s exactly what happened. In a month the house was closed. I am so grateful to Julie.

We contacted Julie over 2 1/2 years ago. Although we did not buy a home until 2 years ago, during Covid, she kept in contact with us and always responded promptly to questions and phone calls. Julie was a perfect realtor for me! I am usually a very indecisive picky person and when it comes to buying a home it took me forever, almost 3 years! I never felt rushed or pressured by Julie, she was super patient and I never felt like I was wasting her time. I felt like I could trust her with the information she would provide about the market and each house I would go see. She’s very knowledgeable about the nuts and bolts about a house inside and out as well, which was very helpful to know what to look for.
