Salvo and Jamie were absolutely amazing. We talked with them about what we were looking for in our next house. Once the house we are moving into went up for sale, they took care of both the getting our offer accepted as well as helping us prepare for selling our present house. Any questions or concerns we had, they took care of as soon as they could. They definitely reduced our stress and anxiety levels and helped us find, buy and sell in less than 2 months. I found a house on Zillow and requested a call from a realtor. Within 2 hours, not only had Nick Lambov contacted me, but he was able to meet me at the house so I could see it. This listing was an estate sale and had a 5 day window for purchase offers, but once I decided to move forward, Nick and Nunzio were amazing. They answered all of my questions, including the ones I didn't know to ask. I was able to see the house a couple of times in addition to the open house, so I knew what I was going into. When it came to the offer, Nick and Nunzio were able to guide me to my best purchase offer, and it was accepted. Thank you both so much!

Diane Lindsay is an amazing agent! We started looking at houses on a Saturday, realized we needed a buyer's agent, and were connected with the Salafia Sold Team the next day. Diane met us at an open house that very day, helped us write our offer, and worked with us through the negotiations until our offer was accepted. Prior to that weekend, we hadn't planned on buying/selling, so we then had to get our old house prepared to list! Diane looked things over, advised us, and a week later that house was on the market. A few days after listing we went through the many offers with Diane and accepted one.
