Ashley truly went above and beyond for us. Most of our showings were virtual as we were moving cities, but we will felt like we were there based on how thoroughly she took us through each property. Even more so, Ashley’s multi-faceted background was a huge asset to us in understanding what work would be required for each property she showed us. She constantly educated us and advocated for us. I can not recommend Ashley enough. I purchased my first house this past year. I had talked to a couple relators but when I met Ashley for the first time I felt complete confidence in her. She was very thorough and many times we uncovered an issue that was overlooked by others. She was very prompt and quickly responded back to all of my questions. I could not be happier in my new home. I loved working with Ashley! She was informative and not an aggressive saleswoman at all. I was fortunate to have watched her help my brother and sister in their home buying journey and already knew the service I was going to get, and she even attempted to help my brother out of state with recommendations. For my third home buying experience, she's hands down the best of all previous experiences.

Ashley is an amazing realtor! She was very patient as we went though house after house, sifting through the flaws, trying to find our dream home. She has a critical eye like we do and helped us see things in houses that we thought were "perfect houses". Her heart was at every viewing to make sure we did not buy a house unless it had what we needed, good bones and a spacious yard. She was always willing to put us first, before her family and health (not always a win for everyone), to make sure she was available to show us houses.
When it came to selling our house, she helped us declutter and sell it quickly. When we did not get the end results that we wanted, she gave us advice and felt the disappointment as if it were her own house.
Her connections to businesses like cleaners, dumpster companies, a funny carpet guy, an awesome bank and lawyer, made the small, tedious stuff easier to deal with.

Ashley was an incredible asset as we tackled moving across the state with two little ones. She was so knowledgeable, always available, and went the extra mile by previewing homes and doing video tours since we were long distance. Ashley Zeiner couldn't have been a better agent for us. From the very beginning she understood our needs, so no time was ever wasted.
