Nicholas did an excellent job helping us navigate the Rochester buyer’s market. We only looked at one house because it’s the one we wanted, and we bought remotely, sight unseen. It was so important for him to be thorough in walking us through the house, recording his walkthrough and commentary, and evaluating it, and he went above and beyond doing just that. In a very tight and competitive market, he helped us put in a winning offer, and he was available and responsive anytime I had questions. He even dropped off a check for us at our son’s daycare to secure his spot, and he carried in boxes for us before we arrived. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our house.
